Shake well before use. Use the tip of the eyeliner to draw along the lash line from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. By applying varying pressure, you can adjust the intensity of the line.

Please note: After each use, replace the cap on the liquid liner securely so that it doesn’t dry out. The eyeliner can be removed easily with the Bi-Phase Makeup Remover.
