Perfect for hooded eyes
For my hooded eyes it helped keeping the eye shadow out of the crease for a longer period. On my customers it helped with better pigmentation on low pigmented colors and it seemed not to smudge once applied.

Am very surprised, works well
Had previously hardly applied eye shadow, because this was usually quickly smudged again or "run". This primer is absolutely compatible, have very sensitive eyes and eyelids. Keeps long and is pleasant to apply.

I have been using this eyeshadow primer for a very long time and I don't use anything else! The eyeshadow lasts all day even in the heat. The texture is pleasantly velvety and is easy to apply (I always use my finger and a small amount of primer).
