Application

Apply the 2 in 1 Base & Top Coat as an optimal primer for the nail. Wait until top coat is dry! Now apply the first layer of the Sparkling Sand Nail Lacquer and give it some time to dry. Afterwards, repeat step. The effect will be visible after approximately 5 -10 minutes.
