Status of the declaration: June 2025

ARTDECO cosmetic GmbH endeavors to make its website https://artdeco.com accessible without barriers. The legal basis for this is the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) in conjunction with the Verordnung zur Schaffung barrierefreier Informationstechnik nach dem Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz (BITV 2.0).

Status of compatibility with the requirements

This website is partially accessible in accordance with the requirements of BITV 2.0. Extensive technical measures have already been implemented to improve accessibility.

Methodology of the assessment

The accessibility check was carried out in June 2025 by means of an internal self-assessment based on the criteria of WCAG 2.1 - Conformance Level AA and EN 301 549.

The content listed below is not yet fully accessible:

• Embedded content from third-party providers (e.g. cross-selling of products on the product detail page, help center flows, pop-ups)
• Videos without subtitles or audio description
